 I take great pride in teaching . The movements and sequences are repeated each week and can be remembered by practicing. 

Qigong and Tai Chi are practice based arts and the more you practice the more you benefit. The goal is to relax the body and mind through a gentle , deliberate, dynamic and concentrated practice.
