Two-Hour Class Participation Guidelines

Please ensure being physically fit and robust in order to maintain concentration and the ability to focus throughout a two-hour class session.

Arriving well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten appropriately supports sustained attention and effective learning. A comfortable seating position and any necessary personal aids, such as glasses or hearing devices, should be in place before the class begins.

Participants are encouraged to manage any health conditions in advance and to take care of their general wellbeing to handle the mental and physical demands of a continuous two-hour learning environment.

Maintaining this level of readiness helps create a focused, productive atmosphere for all attendees and supports the achievement of the class learning outcomes.

Disclaimer:

The Tai Ji Comprehensive Course will commence once a minimum of five participants have signed up.
